Note: Please complete this application on a computer rather than a phone. This application will take between 30 to 45 minutes to complete. Processing for applications lasts 2-5 business days. Once this application has been processed and payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email with further instructions.

Statement of Faith

GSM holds as a value that “In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity,” St. Augustine of Hippo (354 – 430). GSM believes that the Apostles’ Creed holds essential elements of our faith:

“I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy Christian Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen. “

Requirements

Three Letters of Recommendation:

Please upload your letters of recommendation below or have your contacts them email them to gsm@gochurchtx.org.

  • - Letter of character recommendation from your pastor stating you will be serving in your area of choice.
  • - Two letters of recommendation from a non-family-member.
  • OR
  • - If you are married – a letter of recommendation from your spouse stating they support you on this endeavor.
  • *These three letters are needed to finalize your application process.

    • Background check:

    • - All our students will be serving at their local church. Please have a background check at your local church and have your pastor submit the results to gsm@gochurchtx.org OR you may pay an additional $15 when you submit your application for GSM to complete your background check.
  • -If you choose for GSM to do your background check, please print and fill out the form found HERE and email it to gsm@gochurchtx.org.

    • Payment Breakdown

    Tuition for the 2025–2026 school year is $1,250. This amount is broken down in the following payments:

    1. Application Fee - $50 (due by July 15, 2025)
      This non-refundable fee goes towards your tuition for GSM. Fee should be paid at the time of completing your application.
    2. Deposit - $550 (due by July 25, 2025)
      A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your admission to GSM. Your admissions letter does not secure your seat in class; your deposit does.
    3. Students may make one payment of $1,250 by July 25th, OR they may choose the following payment plan:
      1. Application Fee (due by July 15, 2025) + Deposit (due by July 25, 2025) AND
      2. $130 automatically drafted the 1st of each month, September through January.

    This covers all classes (Fall and Spring Semester) with an accredited Christian university, weekly online live cohorts, books, and Saturday LEAD Practical Ministry Intensive Training. Your application fee is counted toward your tuition.

    Tuition does not cover optional missions trip.

    *All payments are non-refundable.

    I hereby pay the $50 application fee for GSM. I understand that my credit card will be charged and that payment is non-refundable. My submission of this form indicates my intent to enroll in GSM. I understand that GSM courses do not receive college credit unless I am enrolled simultaneously and taking courses with GSM’s Partner University: Southeastern University. If I choose to continue my studies at Life Pacific University, I will personally make further arrangements to enroll, complete any additional course work, and make extra required payments to receive credit for courses taken at GSM.
