We believe that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19)
We believe that the Bible is God’s written revelation to man and that it is the verbally inspired, authoritative rule of faith, and without error in the original manuscripts. (II Tim. 3:15-17; I Thess. 2:13; II Peter 1:21)
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection, ascension into Heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His return to earth in power and glory.
(Heb.1:1-13; Matt. 1:23; Acts 1:9,11)
We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit (Our Comforter and Helper). He performs the miracle of new birth in an unbeliever and indwells believers, enabling them to live a godly life. (John 14:16-17; 16:7)
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, empowering the believer in the exercise of all the gifts as the Holy Spirit wills. (Terminology of this could be called, “The Baptism in the Holy Spirit”, or “Being Filled with the Holy Spirit”) (Acts 1:5; 2:4; 19:2-6; Eph. 5:18)
We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. That alienation can be removed only by accepting through faith God’s gift of salvation which was made possible by Christ death and resurrection. (Acts 4:12; Rom. 5:8-13; 10:9; Eph. 2:8)
We believe that marriage, as ordained by God, is defined as being between one man and one woman. (Gen. 2:23-24; 1 Cor. 7:2, 36; Eph. 5:21-33)
We believe that everlasting life is prepared for those who believe in Jesus, while eternal punishment awaits unbelievers. (Matt.25:46; John 3:16; Rev. 21:7-8)
